Take care to only add custom back one time to each order. We suggest you add the custom back to the first shirt you order, after that the field will stay filled in and you will be charged only once. If you leave product page and return at a later time, the program will add a 2nd custom back charge to your order. You will need to empty your cart and start over. We are sorry for this limitation. We lose money to credit card fees and staff time if we reverse these fees after the fact. Thank you for your understanding.
